How the Challenge Works
This is a 12 week transformation challenge. This challenge can be done training at your home or your gym; we will have workout options for both. Additionally, your eating plan and support group are both included in the cost.
Why do this challenge? All programs are written by Lyzabeth Lopez, master trainer and holistic nutritionist with 10 years and thousands of transformations from in person and online clients. She will be personally leading the support groups and virtually sending you tips from start to finish.

Check your e-mail for your welcome and login to your account. Follow the steps in the e-mail to gain access to the support group. Introduce yourself on the support wall. Check your e-mail for your ‘what to do first e-mail’. This e-mail will help you navigate which videos to watch first and how to choose which eating plan & workout plan is best for you.
STEP 3
Work hard & build curves!
Get ready for your best body! Follow the easy steps listed for you to get started. Take your before pictures. Start your planning adding the workouts to you calendar and watching the nutrition tutorials, and begin!! We’ll be there with you 100% of the way. That’s why our programs are so successful <3

Be sure to join the support group asap to get additional info and tips of how to prepare and to meet the other girls. It’s a great place to make new fitness friends and you may even find a workout buddy in your neighborhood.
Before Photo Submission
To be eligible to win and be featured on Lyzabeth’s social media you must submit your before photos. You’ll receive a link with details on how to take your before photos in your welcome email.

Based on your choice, you’ll follow that program. If you added the TWL APP, you can follow the Hourglass Challenge calendar found in the app.
As a holistic nutrition program, our goal isn’t just to get you to your weight goal, but also to give you the healthiest body possible which increasing your energy and making you feel amazing.
Final Photo Submission Period
The Transformation Challenge officially ends in 12 weeks So MAKE SURE to get your After pictures taken and submitted – along with your Before pictures – by this date. We will send you an email reminder in week 11 and week 12 with a link to submit your photo.
We’ll close down the contest for submissions and our judges will begin going through each challenge entry. It’s a tough job, so we’re allowing a full week to get through everyone’s submission.

What is the price to join the challenge?
Option 1: 3 Month access only
The price is $75 and you get 3 month access to all the eating plans, support group, success tracker and 20 hourglass shaping gym workouts + 60 OnDemand home workouts + bonus one free month on the TWL app (extra gym workouts/home workouts ). I do recommend getting both parts to get the most out of the challenge and add the workout anywhere versatility of the app.
Option 2: Become a member to our monthly subscription and get the challenge for FREE!

What happens after I register?
You’ll be officially eligible for the challenge. You’ll receive e-mails with your passwords and other info on how to join the support group etc. Do take the time to set all of this up before the challenge begins. Ensure our e-mails are not going to junk so you get all the extra coaching and support if you’d like it. Take your start photos and get ready to transform!
Do I need a gym membership?
No, you will have access to both gym and home workouts for the duration of the challenge. The TWL APP includes home/ gym workouts and can be done with little to no small equipment. If you’ll be working out at the gym exclusively, you won’t need the APP, but it’s a great add on for many more options, especially for the Treadmill Sprint and HIIT workouts offered exclusively on the TWL APP. You’ll be given a special promo code at checkout to add the TWL APP free for the month.
I’m on a plant based diet. Can I still follow the plan?
Yes! The program does include a Vegan Plan & Vegetarian Plan.
How is the winner selected?
From March 27- March 29th we’ll be accepting your ‘after photos’. The Hourglass Team will then choose 2 winners one for muscle transformation (weight/muscle gain) and one winner for over-all transformation (weight loss + muscle gain). There will be one grand prize winner for muscle challenge winner (weight gain/ muscle gain) and one grand prize winner for transformation winner (weight loss/ muscle gain) .
