How the Challenge Works

This is a 4 week transformation challenge. This challenge can be done training at your home or your gym; we will have workout options for both. Additionally, your eating plan and support group are both included in the cost.

Why do this challenge? All programs are written by Lyzabeth Lopez, master trainer and holistic nutritionist with 10 years and thousands of transformations from in person and on-line clients. She will be personally leading the support groups and virtually sending you tips from start to finish.

There Will be 1 Winner for Each Category

Category 1: Weight Loss

This is for those looking to burn as much body fat as possible to reveal their hourglass curves.

Category 2: Weight Gain

This is for those looking to build as much muscle as possible to build their hourglass curves.

HOW TO ENTER THE CHALLENGE

STEP 1

First, register for the challenge.

Get access to ourmembers area.

Check your e-mail and login to your account. Follow the steps in the e-mail to gain access to the support group. Introduce yourself on the support wall. Check your e-mail for your ‘what to do first e-mail’. This e-mail will help you navigate which videos to watch first and how to choose which eating plan & workout plan is best for you.

STEP 3

Work hard &build curves!

Get ready for your best body! Follow the easy steps listed for you to get started. Take your before pictures. Start your planning adding the workouts to you calendar and watching the nutrition tutorials, and begin!! We’ll be there with you 100% of the way. That’s why our programs are so successful <3

IMPORTANT DATES

Jan 7th – Jan 20th: Challenge Registration Open

Be sure to join the support group asap to get additional info and tips of how to prepare and to meet the other girls. Our members are world-wide and since it’s a life-time membership for the back-end, many of the girl have been members for years. It’s a great place to make new fitness friends and you may even find a workout buddy in your neighborhood.

Jan 7th – Jan 20th: Before Photo Submission

To be eligible to win and be featured on Lyzabeth’s social media you must submit your before photos. Details on how to take your before photos are in your ‘Cheat Sheet e-book’ in your downloads section once your register.

Jan 13th – Apr 7th: Let’s Do It!

It’s time to put in the sweat! I’ve provided you with a workout program if you’re just sticking with the gym only workouts. You’ll choose your start point

  • gain weight
  • lose less than 15 lbs or
  • lose more than 15lbs

Based on your choice, you’ll follow that program. If you added the TWL APP, you can follow the correct calendar for your body type for your home training workouts.

  • Hourglass Shaper – lose weight / gain curves
  • Curve Builder – gain weight/ gain curves

As a holistic nutrition program, our goal isn’t just to get you to your weight goal, but also to give you the healthiest body possible which increasing your energy and making you feel amazing.

Apr 8 – Apr 11: Final Submission Period

The Transformation Challenge officially ends April 8 – So MAKE SURE to get your After pictures taken and submitted – along with your Before pictures – by this date.

After April 11, we’ll close down the contest for submissions and our judges will begin going through each challenge entry. It’s a tough job, so we’re allowing a full week to get through everyone’s submission.

Week of April 15th: Announce Winners

All winners will be announced on social media pages and via the newsletter.

RULES & FAQ

What is the price to join the challenge?

The price is $97 (and you get lifetime access to all the eating plans, support group, success tracker and 20 hourglass shaping gym workouts + bonus one free month on the TWL app (and extra gym workouts). I do recommend getting both parts to get the most out of the challenge and add the workout anywhere versatility of the app.

How do I enter the challenge?

What happens after I register?

You’ll be officially eligible for the challenge. You’ll receive e-mails with your passwords and other info on how to join the support group etc. Do take the time to set all of this up before the challenge begins. Ensure our e-mails are not going to junk so you get all the extra coaching and support if you’d like it. Take your start photos and get ready to transform!

Do I need a gym membership?

No, but you will need the TWL APP  for the duration of the challenge. The TWL APP includes home/ gym workouts and can be done with little to no small equipment. If you’ll be working out at the gym exclusively, you won’t need the APP, but it’s a great add on for many more options, especially for the Treadmill Sprint and HIIT workouts offered exclusively on the TWL APP. You’ll be given a special promo code at check out to add the TWL APP free for the month.

I’m on a plant based diet. Can I still follow the plan?

Yes! The program does include a Vegan Plan & Vegetarian Plan.

How is the winner selected?

From April 8 -11 we’ll be accepting your ‘after photos’. The Hourglass Team will then choose 2 winners one for muscle transformation  (weight/muscle gain) and one winner for over-all transformation (weight loss + muscle gain). There will be one grand prize winner for muscle challenge winner (weight gain/ muscle gain) and one grand prize winner for transformation winner (weight loss/ muscle gain) .
